Greg is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. He has over 20 years of experience as a Consultant with Lane4 Management Group. Greg has coached in the public sector and commercially with organisations including Coca-Cola, Nestle, RCI Group, Visa and Argos.
What distinguishes Greg from other performance coaches is that he not only shares the lessons he learnt from sport but also how he used his experience in business to help his performance for the 2012 London Games.
How does it work?
Firstly, Greg will seek to establish expectations with the organisation, relevant team members and the individual. Greg then works with his client over a number of 1 to 1 sessions to support and challenge the person to make the desired behavioural change. These sessions are regularly reviewed to adapt and connect with the client’s situation.
What does a session look like and how many sessions does a client need on average?
Sessions tend to last around 2 hours each and are usually 1 to 1 although Greg will shadow individuals in their working environment as well as meeting with their team, peers and manager if necessary. An initial engagement would be for 4-6 sessions.
What will happen as a result of your coaching?
Greg is all about performance. He understands what it takes to adapt and change behaviour to get better results. His aim is that anyone he works with goes away with a clear idea of how they can change their behaviour to get the best out of themselves and those around them.
